All prices are in USD and exclude tax (we do not collect US sales tax). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders resulting from such errors, with a full refund. Order acceptance occurs when your order ships, not when it is placed.
We describe every dress's fabric precisely — 100% cotton, polyester satin, viscose-elastane ribbed knit or polyester-spandex blend, as labeled on each product page. Photographs are representative; dye lots and prints vary slightly between batches, which is normal for apparel, not a defect.
All dresses carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, covering seam failure, defective zippers or buttons and missing components. The warranty excludes damage from improper washing (hot water, high-heat drying) and normal fabric wear beyond the care schedule in our guide.

Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via support@forevergrinding.shop before pursuing formal action; any formal action is brought in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
