Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum order value, no exclusions. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.
Every dress ships via USPS or UPS with a 2–6 business day delivery window depending on destination, packed flat in a protective poly mailer. All orders include tracking at no extra cost.
Dresses arrive in flat poly mailers that fit a standard mailbox or porch — no signature required for most orders. Inspect on arrival: damage reported within 48 hours with photos is replaced free of charge.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@forevergrinding.shop with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will replace or refund the order. Claims for lost packages are filed after 10 business days past the expected delivery date.
