You may return any item within 30 days of delivery — worn or just tried on. We only ask that returned items include original tags where possible.
Email support@forevergrinding.shop or call +1 5056460265 with your order number. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (US orders) and simple instructions. Ship the item back in its original packaging when possible.
Once your return arrives, inspection takes 1–2 business days and your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping is free, so the refund equals the full purchase price.
Want a different size or color? Start a return and place a new order — this is faster than a manual exchange and locks in current stock.
If a dress arrives damaged, email photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours and we will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — your choice.
Final-sale items are marked at checkout. Items returned beyond 30 days, or with tags removed and signs of wear beyond trying on, may be refused.
